Hello, I live in Farmington, CT and God willing, I'm planning to grow my first organic garden in the spring. I've collected some organic's debri (egg shells, left over veggy's and greens, etc) for my garden and was wondering what I should do with it until the spring. Can I keep them in a container for the winter or do they need to be put in dirt.
